Why do people say that Megan Fox was mean to the movie director on transformers?

i saw an interview with Michael Bay, and he said she was just as sweet as she can be. and he said that she was sweet on and off the camera…….
so what do people mean when they say that?
She was ragging on Michael Bay and Transformers 2 at one point, saying (publicly) that he was difficult to work for and didn’t give her an opportunity to really act in the 2nd film. She said a few other things as well. After that happened his staff (not him) from the film came forward and said she was a complete b*tch on set, incredibly rude and should be grateful he even gave her a chance, since she would be unknown without him.
She then said on an awards show that she was grateful and that everything that was said was rumours (which is a lie since you can actually watch video of her saying some of this stuff). I just think everyone was trying to smooth things over at that point.
Geesh to much fuss about that every mans wet dream
